Over the years Frenk developed his Tai Ji and Qi Gong skills. Now he teaches throughout the country. In this workshop you get introduced to the sport under his expert guidance. Qi Gong is pronounced as Tsjie Koeng and means 'energy exercise'. Qi Gong is an integral part of Tai Ji. Same as Tai Ji movements are performed slowly. There is specific attention for the breathing. The aim of Qi Gong is to neutralize blockages that occur in the energy pathways. So the 'qi' (energy) is released and can flow through. A warm feeling or tingling in arms, legs, hands or feet could be experienced.
